Wir ship with the Swiss Post, with free, carbon-neutral (compensation) shipping inside Switzerland. Please contact us for shipping to other countries. Regarding delivery times, please consult the article page. Our packing material is recycled (boxes) or directly reused (filling material). In case transport damage should occur, please take photos of box and contents and contact us immediately.
Returns
If you are not satisfied we are happy to take back the product and refund the full price. Please use the returns process and send the article back to us. We cannot currently offer a free return service. Please note that special orders and customized articles as well as damaged goods cannot be returned.
